Speaking at GreenBuild Conference
GreenBuild is the annual conference of the U.S. Green Building Council. This year it’s scheduled for November 15-17th in Denver. Earlier in the year, I developed a speaking proposal (700 total entries), which was reviewed, scored, and eventually selected. Tracking conferences and submitting speaking proposals is a classic public relations tactic used to help raise the visibility of individuals and companies.
The session is entitled Green Streaming: Winning Support for Building Green and it’s under the Business of Green Building track to be held on Thursday, November 16th from 3:30-5:00pm. This session has two parts:
- Using an interactive Q&A format, this moderated three-person panel will address how reaching out to nontraditional stakeholders can broaden and deepen overall support for green building.
- This “workshop†focuses on experiential learning and discovery to evolve personal skills and comfort levels so that individuals can participate in collaborative team efforts and contribute to a high level of creativity and integration.
Presenters include:
- Anthony Bernheim, SMWM, San Francisco, CA
- Marty Keller, First Community Housing, San Jose, CA
- Brian Gitt, Build It Green, Berkeley, CA
- Moshe Cohen, The Negotiating Table, Cambridge, MA
- Jeff Stephens, Planet Relations, Oakland, CA
Hope you stop by the session on Thursday Nov 16th in Room 505/506/507 (Denver Convention Center)
